WTO: Industrialization of Taekwondo (IOT)
As a ‘liberty and justice’ loving entity, WTO is incorporated as a non- profit organization in the United States of America, extending our initiatives throughout the United States and onto the world.
Our Mission is to Bring Prosperity to Taekwondo through Industrialization of Taekwondo, thereby advancing Taekwondo to the next level of success on top of the current accomplishment of having over 200 million Taekwondo populations around the world, which is the second populous single sport on the planet. Soccer, led by FIFA, is the most populous sport on earth.
WTO: Industrialization of Taekwondo (IOT)
Taekwondo was founded on April 11, 1955 by Gen. CHOI HONG HI, an Army General of the Republic of Korea, under the governmental support of the President RHEE SYNG MAN as a military-grade combat martial art.
Taekwondo has inherited traditional martial art forms of various techniques from ancient Korean combat skills and disciplines and has now grown to be the number one martial art discipline in the world.
